Citriodora essential oil is steam-distilled from the leaves of the Eucalyptus citriodora leaf. It has a clean lemon-camphor smell.
Scent Profile:
Fresh, cooling, camphoraceous, with woody undertones. As the name suggests, this Eucalyptus has a distinct citrus-like quality that is much like citronella/lemongrass. Its aroma is fresh with pleasant, soft lemon undertones.
Makes a great laundry-scent.
Blend well with:
Rose, Orange, Clary Sage, Citronella
Precautions:
Can cause dermatitis and other reactions in some individuals though non-toxic for use on skin or diffused. Never ingest. Very toxic orally. May interfere with homeopathic treatments. Avoid during pregnancy.
