Description
This oleoresin derived from the dried ripe seeds of Trigonella foenum-graccum is commonly known as Fenugreek. The seeds of the fenugreek contains 50% fiber from which 20 % is mucilaginous fiber. The Oleoresin of the spice contain proteins, saponins and possess nutritive and restorative properties.
Scent Profile:
Fenugreek Essential Oil has a bitter and aromatic scent with a somewhat maple-scented backnote. It is often used as a flavor enhancer for soda drinks. A medium to strong scent, it has be described as having a celery-like aroma.

Sandalwood, clove, cinnamon
Precautions:
Fenugreek oil may cause skin irritation and should be diluted before use. It should be avoided by pregnant women as it can cause premature contractions.
