Elemi oil, Philippines Steam distilled resin from the native Philippine tree yields as high as 30 percent. Elemi oil is extracted from the gum by steam distillation. A resinoid and resin are also produced in small quantities.
Scent Profile:
The clear oil is fresh and lemon-like with a pleasant, clean and peppery scent. The lasting sweet balsamic notes make elemi attractive for aromatherapy blends.
Blend well with:
Dill, Cilantro and Citrus.

No special precautions are needed, but please note that elemi oil can be irritating to a sensitive skin.
